Is it possible to instill empathy in people who don't usually experience a certain type of discrimination and micro-agressions through expiriental storytelling? This was the principle behind the app prototype which encouraged the user to put themselves into someone else's shoes by chatting with a virtual avatar that is experiencing a discriminatory practice by interacting with a "choose your own adventure"—type of interface.
